Dear Members,
Welcome to the month of July. In several parts of India, this months marks the beginning of the beautiful monsoon season, and the saying: when it rains it pours seems to apply just as well to us at CC India as it does to the rains!
This month marks the 3rd year Anniversary of CC1 in Ahmedabad our first chapter in CC India 1, and from all of us we wish them a huge congratulations on a 100% renewal for their 3rd year in a row! This truly is a testament to what we are all building as a community. Since I am now more certain than ever that when great people meet, great stories are made and the stories that we have come across in the past few days from amongst the members are absolutely inspiring.
I believe that any organisation goes through 3 stages in the minds of the people. First there is denial, then becomes a fad, and finally moves on to become an institution! With 1000 days completed for our CC regions, without a doubt we are an institution to reckon with, and I urge us all as members to simply dedicate 2 hrs a week towards interacting with a new CC member from across the globe and make great stories happen.

The importance of being at the right place at the right time cannot be overstated. And CC provides that place where you can meet the right kind of people who can help expand your horizons.
The power of CC was experienced by two of our members – Naitik Lakhani from CC Surat 1 (Founder of Moduco – a Modular Construction Company) and Kaustubh Prasad from CC Delhi 1 (MD of Sudyog InfraProjects – a Real Estate Development Company). Kaustubh and Naitik connected on BHAF in July 2021, at a time when Kaustubh was exploring construction technologies, and Naitik was looking at expanding his modular construction footprint.
Kaustubh visited Naitik’s factory and was convinced that modular construction is the future of construction. Sudyog is now Moduco’s franchise owner for the Delhi NCR region, and within a month of announcing their partnership, the Sudyog and Moduco teams are flooded with interest and inquiries from the Delhi NCR region.

National Leadership forum – Where Leaders Learn from Leaders
The day began with showcasing the growth and opportunities that reside in the CC community. Nonetheless, the Chapter Director and the Leadership Team of one of the recently launched chapters, CC Delhi 2 took the spotlight of the session and explained the chapter’s vision and the ways of high energy among the chapter members.
We all play a leadership role in some form or another, and at CC when the leaders interact and share ideas, the level of ignition ignites is absolute amazement.

Kudos to CC Ahmedabad 2 for their efforts to participate with maximum members and invest their time in meeting the right set of people. The members from both the chapters are now bonded for life. Such meetings exemplify the concept of culture of excellence by not only building the relations but also memories and widening of future business opportunities.
CC Rajkot with their conviction of ‘The Alliance’ showcased the core value of catalyst for change. It will strengthen the roots of the bond with the high-standing trunk and branches which would result in the sweet fruits of success in the very near future.
