In the Management task area, On the Agents tab, check the status of the agent and update it to the correct version. Subsequent protection activities for this computer may fail if the connection is not established. In the Management task area, on the Agents tab, check the status of the agent. Your recovery point is valid, but you will be unable to perform item-level recoveries using this recovery point. To resolve this error, do one or more of the following: If you don\’t expect to be performing item-level restores using this recovery point, then dismiss this alert; otherwise, take the following recommended actions: Install the Hyper-V role on the DPM server.
In the Protection task area, select the data source, and then select Create recovery point to restart the backup. If you have a problem you can go to control panel and instead of uninstalling office right click on it and then click on change. You will be given two choices, quick repair and online repair. The online repair reinstalls Office but retains your settings etc.
