One of the features I\’ve learned to look for when trying OCR tools is specifically how they handle lines and paragraphs of text. They do it to maintain absolute control over text placement. But I find it is a too strict interpretation of the OCR concept and it makes editing the result effectively impossible because each line is treated as a separate entity.

This isn\’t working for me. The scan is cut right down through the center. I checked it against a regular scan of the same doc and got the full page so it isn\’t the fault of the machine.
