Vegas Pro does not use CUDA but NVIDIA also implements OpenCL and I have read that the newer NVIDIA cards do as good a job as AMD these days. From what I have read Sony Vegas Pro 12 will only support Video cards up to the GeForce GTX series or older. This was the main reason. Vegas pro 12 uses cuda too, but I don\’t think tom\’s turned it on in their article this last week. Odd correct? They continue to run crap like folding@home.
