I am preparing to give a user a new desktop computer and in the process of setting everything up on the new machine. Cannot open the Outlook Window. The set of folders cannot be opened. The attempt to log on to Microsoft Exchange has failed. Now, I\’ve googled this extensively and have come up with several solutions that still won\’t fix my problem. As a temporary workaround we were having our user log in to the browser version and then using another browser to log in to the other mailbox they needed access to.

The browser version no longer supports adding mailboxes and adding to the desktop and then closing and reopening the browser Outlook did not take.
