Reinstall Audio Driver to Fix Sound Problems in Windows 10 – Driver Easy.Realtek* High Definition Audio Driver for Windows® 10 bit for NUC8i7HNK, NUC8i7HVK

Make sure the Disable check box is cleared for the output and input devices. Select and hold or right-click the listing for your sound card or audio device, such as headphones or speakers, select Update driver , then select Search automatically for updated driver software.
