That indicates there is a communication issue with the UPS. You need to replace system IP address with the IP address that has been assigned to the computer. Well it seems that the web interface is working, anyway it would be nice to have the program working as well.. You can configure all the shutdown setting through the web Agent.

Well my PC has been formatted recently, so I do have a clean Windows 10 x64 install. That said I would like to have the programm up and running. Let me understand one thing. To understand the issue better, let me know what is the make and model of the computer? I suggest you to run the Hardware troubleshooter and check if it helps. I see that you have tried installing APC\’s software, however if you have not tried installing latest software from the manufacturer website you may try the same.
