I have autorecover set to autosave every 5 minutes. But when I opened word again, nothing I had been working on had been saved since my manual save the day before. There is nothing in the autosave folder. Not only have I lost what I was working on, I can\’t seem to get Word to save any autorecover documents.

I turned the setting down to save every 1 minute so Microsoct could watch the folder populate with files. Half an hour in, still not a single copy of the file has been saved. I have moved the folder location and still nothing. Yes, I am going to the correct place to check. The folder is empty.
